5.) Interesting read entitled "How to Work Hard Without Burning Out". The author gives some thought provoking ideas that serve as good reminders to stay focused in the present. He doesn't mention meditation, so here is my plug -- spend 10 minutes in silence every day and breathe deeply.
6.) Tone House - Damn. I've done this workout a few times now, and am always scared to go back. This one is not for the faint of heart. You will spend greater than 80% of this class in your puke zone (seriously I think I dry heaved a few times). What I love the most is how positive and encouraging the instructors are (I love Alonzo, Tamara is a badass), and how they create an atmosphere to push you to work your hardest. Be forewarned...leave your ego at the door!
