Julie Ann received her doctoral degree from Columbia University in 2012, and is licensed in the state of New York. She has experience treating orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, burns, pediatric, plastic surgery, vascular surgery, oncology, neurologically impaired, and general medicine/surgical patients.
She currently works at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Weill Cornell Medical Center as a full time outpatient physical therapist.
Julie Ann is available for one-on-one private physical therapy sessions in the comfort of your own home. A treatment session may include;
- Manual therapy
- Neuroscience pain education
- Graded excercise program
- Home exercise program
Julie Ann is also available for personal training/wellness visits. If you are apprehensive about how to proceed with a safe and smart exercise program after your formal rehabilitation has ended, and are looking for guidance, this is an excellent place to start with a physical therapist. As a physical therapist and movement expert, she can evaluate you and your current exercise program, then take that information to create an appropriate graded exercise program that will be safe and address your fitness goals.
